Of German origin, from 1939. It is in fact a four-stroke gasoline engine cooled by a special fluid and equipped with a compressor. It has twelve cylinders distributed in the form of letter V turned upside down. It has 1,150 HP (845 kW) at 2,500 rpm. It used to be installed in the Messerschmidt-109 fighters. It was donated by the Zagreb School of Mechanical and Naval Engineering. |
