The Collection provides a review of Nasice and its surroundings' history from prehistoric times to WWII. Specific periods of particualr importance constitute separate wholes within the Collection.

The first part encompasses the period from prehistoric times to the Middle Ages. Here, we may single out prehistoric archeological finds, as well as traces of Roman presence in the area.

The second unit referrs to the Middle Ages, with weapons and pottery finds, as well as coins bringing testimony of activities associated with trading and crafts.

When the Turks left (1687), and particularly with the arrival of Austrian authorities, economic life started developing, and various societies were established (The Nasice Labour & Crafts Society, 1876; The Voluntary Fire-Brigade, 1888; The Teacher's Society; The "Lisinski" Choir, 1889). The Museum keeps various documents on their establishment and subsequent activities.

We should like to single out particularly the equipment used by The Nasice Voluntary Fire-Brigade.

The Collection also includes photographs, documents, and facsimiles associated with the development of education, infrastructure (waterworks, power supply plant), trade, and crafts, as well as with the city's former appearance.
