EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES
Guided visits to Nasice Native Museum are included into tourist itineraries intended for students of the entire Slavonian area.

Some local secondary school students have completed short training programmes for Museum guides, thus having become fully trained for guiding visits to the Museum.

For a number of years now, co-operation has been established between the Museum and the "Dora Pejacevic" primary school, including natural, social, and historical topics treated within the school's curriculum and associated with Museum's exhibits ("My Homeland Throughout History", "Local Dignitaries", "Cultural Monuments".

In the scope of the latter, pupils take objects from the Ethnographic Collection and put them to use (traditional ways of making butter, grinding corn, and baking bread).

Pupils are also becoming familiar with notions such as "cultural monuments", their possible location and value...

At Easter time, Prof. Ivana Jurkovic and her pupils decorate eggs in a traditional way, using wax.
