- Towards the middle of the 18th c., sculptor Josip Stallmayer was equipping most altars in Zagreb with his statues, the most significant being St. Stephen's and St. Donatus' altars at St. Mark's church. The altar was removed together with the rest of the Baroque inventory towards the end of the 19th c., while some of the sculptures may today be found at the City of Zagreb Municipal Museum.
