  • Towards the middle of the 18th c., the Bishop of Zagreb Juraj Branjug was keeping a wood-carving workshop on Kaptol, where a number of sculptors, wood-carvers, and cabinet-makers were producing church equipment for a wider Zagreb area. St. Ladislas' statue pertains to the group of statues from the torn altars in Marija Bistrica, today kept at the Museum.
