The musical instruments collection is rather modest, but only as regards the number of exhibits it encompasses. On the other hand, it contains several quite oustanding pieces, such as a Franz Xaver Christoph piano from Vienna, end 18th c.; a clavichord, and a piano made by master Baraga from Rijeka towards the beginning of the 19th c. There are also several violins, several interesting wind instruments, guitars, and two harps. The collection also includes several instruments from count Erdödi's estate (the former manor-house in Jaska). Apart from musical instruments, the collection also includes several music boxes and record players.

The Museum also stores instruments owned by the Croatian Musical Institute in Zagreb.
