The book From Home to Museum - Ivan Meštrović in Zagreb presents the Meštrović Atelier, an art museum with a valuable collection of artworks by Ivan Meštrović,
as an interesting and attractive museum of monumental value on the one hand, from the very construction of the building to it’s transformation into a museum and as a valuable collection on the other. The focus, of course, is on Meštrović’s creative work and personality, with special emphasis on his activities during the Zagreb period
(1922 – 1942). Together with archival photographs and documents, recent photographs of the present museum and exhibited works of art have also been reproduced. The book is printed in both Croatian and English, including summaries in Germain, French and Italian.

The main menu of the Ivan Meštrović and the Meštrović Atelier organizes the content of the CD ROM into three groups of data, obtained from five databases. The first group, under the heading Permanent Display of the Meštrović Atelier, represents the cataloguing of 126 works of Ivan Meštrović, permanently displayed in the Atelier. The second group, Life and Work, is a chronology of the artist's life and work. It covers 54 public monuments made by Ivan Meštrović and displayed in the open, 375 exhibitions where his works were on display during his life and after his death (until 1999), and more than a hundred Meštrović's works of art made during that period. The third group, Slide Show, contains about 435 photographs of Ivan Meštrović, of his family, of his friends and collaborators, of his works of art, of the expositions mentioned above, and of various publications.
